well got all those nuts loose and off. Now the big bolt that goes through the radius arm and axle won't budge. Tried hammering and will not budge. Since the axle is almost off I will tomorrow unbolt it and take down to the shop and try there with the tools I have.
Does this big bolt thread into the front axle or part of the radius arm? Down at the shop I can put on the air impact and it should help. Man what a lot work to replace a worn radius arm. Yes the one on the parts truck is good. No wear spots.
I couldn't find an air wrench that would turn it myself. I used a socket and the same cheater bar and made the bolt spin. It took heating the arm with a propane torch, but it worked. Once it was able to spin it came right out.
