Didja try the WD-40 trick? Remove horn wire, and mounting hardware. Remove horn (s) Make sure you clean to shiny bright the connection at this point, that's half the circuit. Spray a couple healthy shots of WD down inside the shell, and flip it around to make sure you get some deep down in. Let it set for a cup of coffee or so, and do it again. Try a little percussive therapy (bang it around) and hook it directly up to a battery. Make sure it's pointing away from you -- it may not be your horn after, all, but the horn relay. Do you hear it click when you push the horn button?
