head specs

My 66 f100 has a 351w in it and I'd like to get some information on the heads. The casting is stamped with the following: 351 wf,3A5, 1875 and a Ford oval logo. Does anyone know how I would find out the diameter of the valves and the combustion chamber size? Thanks.
