I talked to him, he said he has them and we're trying to get together, his schedule is just as full as mine on the weekends! As soon as I'm fully recovered from my last jaunt southwards I may have to go down to Oakland to see him.
But thanks, I really do appreciate it and if I can do anything for you, just let me know.
Clint, just to fill you in, I have a '73 Glastron I/O with a badly seized (rusted) Volvo B30 6-cylinder. The outdrive it has is capable of handling the power of a V8 so I thought that if I could scrounge some parts to swap one in, I have enough stuff to build a 289 or 302 for it. I even have a roller 5.0 that just needs one rod and piston, I might swap that in.
Andy (Fat Diesel) and I were talking and he said he had some stuff he'd give me. My best friend works in San Jose so he got the parts to him, now I just have to get them on up here to me. (You know how that goes!)
