Actually the temp agency is where I got a good lead--just hope it pans out.....thanks for the welcome. Hope to be here a long time.

 

good luck on the job there, i found one by luck myself. the thing here is nobody wants to pay a good or desent wage for the work done, i have stayed a way for a lot of temp services. the ones i worked for paid very little they would get a part of the hourly rate, like i worked for one company the guy working there with the company got started at 10.00 an hour, and i was doing the same job same shift and i was paid 6.00 an hour so the temp service made 4.00 an hour on me. i found if i know there is a job i like i bug the hell out of them everday i put in a new applcation. and with in a week i am hired LOL.

I do autoparts and equipment parts. Most recently I was parts manager for a Bobcat dealership in Austin, Tx. Went into the bobcat dealership to get a small part for my powerstroke and ended up gettin a job interview from the manager. I applied there on July 31st not really expecting anything because those job openings are really rare, but low and behold......totally unexpected.

Thanks for all the nice words guys. I've been in Bristol at the races for a few days as the job search was gettin kinda frustrating and all that Roush horsepower seemed to kinda get me outta my funk--lol.

 

Update on the Bobcat parts job---I got hired--eeeeeeeeehawwwwwwww. I start in the morning at 7:30--kinda just in the nick of time. It's up on Old Shoals Rd. just off airport road & 25. Yall come in and visit and I'll buy yall a cup of coffee!!!.
