Is there a bolt in radiator that will cool a 429 for a 65. Most listings say except 460. I would like to call and order one without having a custom one made. Any help greatly appreciated! thanks

What I plan on doing is making mounts and bolting in a cross flow three core rad from a early 70's tbird with a 460. But any mid 70's 460 truck rad should bolt in against the rad support you may have to drill some extra bolt holes Eric

I had a '69 with a 390 replacement from Autozone. Ran it all summer with no fan! Going to do the same with the '65 we're doing now.

Check out the Tech article about flushing your rad. They have a ton of good info about rads. I like the cross flow idea from a big S-wagon.
