Tire Bright Removal

What's the best thing to use to remove way to many coats of build up of tire bright. It's starting to look pretty disgusting. I know someone makes a product but thought someone would know of a brand name? Thanks.

The best thing I have found to use to clean up tires is Wesley's Bleche White. If you have many layers of tire brite like you say, you may need to use several applications to get your tires cleaned up. They say you just spray it on and hose it off but I spray it on and use a soapy brush to get the tires clean.

Simple Green and a scrub brush works well too.
