Question Lightning wheels

so i got the 2003 lightning wheel and need new tires. i wanted a little bit taller tire and was lookin at NITTO NT 404 tire. i was wonderin if the 305/55/18 would fit or would i have to go with the 285/50/18. anybody help?

A bit taller? I would think the 285x50 is going to be a bit to narrow. You dont really have alot of choices when it comes to tires on these trucks

The 404's in a 305/55/18 are commonly used by some L owners.

get nitto's they are great. the truck sup is set up for p295/45/18 tires only two mfgs in tht size range GoodYear and Nitto

Hankook also makes a 295/45/18, so does Toyo.
I am running the hankooks on my truck
