Lift Blocks question

Why you need the 2 inch blocks? Just curious...
Also, does your 2wd have blocks now? If yes, what are the measurements?
The reason I ask is that you might be able to find blocks from a 4x4. Just replace your current blocks with the 4x4 blocks. Need to know if you have blocks...because that will determine if you should use the F250 or F350 4x4 blocks. The F250 are just over 2inches...and the F350 just over 3 inches. They list them as 2 inch and 4 inch blocks respectively.
Just some ideas...good luck!

My original recommendation still stands. Go find yourself a set off an F250 or F350 depending the the amount of lift out back you want. Just take the measurements of the blocks. If you go USED, then you will need to purchase longer U-bolts. Because they are not re-usable according to my FORD service manual.
Also, you should use blocks that are from the same configuration as your SD. IE: CC SB, CC LB, SC SB, SC LB, etc.
Good luck...
