Dealer goes postal!!

I'm retired now, but I spent my entire working life in the service business. If I would EVER had said something like that to a customer I would have been on the outside looking in in a New York Minute!

I had been watching this thread and even made one comment all while waiting to hear from the dealer on my dead alternator.
Road side assistance picked up my truck from my driveway. Dropped it off at the dealer of my choice within the miles allowed. The dealer replaced the alternator and never asked a thing about the WVO kit on the truck. Nothing at all.
I am a happy Ford customer with a new alternator.

dealers like that make me sick and give people like me a bad name. there are to many ford dealers out there. dont let them hassle you. if warranty issues were that bad then nobody would customise a new vehicle!!
