Idling on 4

Idling on 4
Hi, new to the board and Fords in general.
I can't get my engine to idle right. I have a carbureted 351W in my 87 f250 which won't idle until it warms up (about 5- 10 minutes) and even then it seems to only be idling on 4 cylinders. Pulling wires doesn't make any difference for cylinders 1,2,6,and 5).
I have put in a rebuilt carb, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, ignition module (duraspark II). Can't find any vacuum leaks. Choke seems to operating fine (shouldn't need much anyway in this weather).
It seemed to run perfectly when I put the new carb in, but the next day it was back to stalling when you first start it up. It does idle better now, but it still hates to idle.
Runs great at higher rpm's, great on the road, no problems with acceleration.
Any ideas?
