I mostly run on the torque tune, it's not scientific, but it sure feels like a 20 pound torque difference, and a bout 10-15 hp. As i was taught this way, I have a manual trans, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear is torque, 4th, and 5th gear is hp. A crude example, but effective. I have headers, exhaust, and an intake, but my around town mpg did improve, but my highway mpg improved by 2mpg to 24. I have a 4.0 with 4:10 gears, i've been getting 22 around town, and to work and such, I use to get 19, and 22, now it's 22, and 24. There's other varibles besides the programer, my motor got broken in, I started using all synthetic fluids from the engine to the rear diff. Mpg may not improve at first, cause your gonna be tempted to hammer it alot with the new found power. You'll see more improvement from this one mod, than anyother mods combined, like exhaust, intake and stuff.
