4.2 performance mods?

4.2 performance mods?
Ok, I'm going to be getting my truck in about a month (the guy i'm getting it off of has to pay it off) and i've been looking at stuff for the 4.2's. I haven't been able to find much, but i've found alot more stuff for the 3.8's. I was wondering, which parts are interchangable? I know the cam, but that's about it for me...maybe the intakes? Are the intake manifold's the same? What about stuff like the heads, are the mustang's better? I'd like to add some performance stuff on it, but there's not really a whole lot out there (except for maybe a supercharger), can you guys give me some site's?
Oh yeah...and it's a 2000 ford F150 4.2 with auto tranny.

NOS? lol, I thought that was pretty rough on the motor, but I guess only a 50 or 75 shot wouldn't hurt. What about cams? Do you have NOS on yours? How much of an improvement would I notice? lol...a 50 or 75 horse gain?
