power programmers?

I was just wanting some opinions on hypertech and some other power programmers. I have an 04 f-150 with the 5.4.

mac01... you may want to skip down a few threads and take a look at the lenghty "Edge" tuning thread...
It seems like most people around are getting very satisfying results from the Edge Evo...

Im sure more members should chime in shortly...

Don't waste your money on the hypertech it is crap. I have it and am getting ready to sell it on ebay. I'd throw it away if it didn't cost me $284. a few months ago. I just bought the edge and wow what a difference. I got it used for $235. and it's worth every penny. The extra gauges are nice and you can monitor your oil and trans temps. That's really good for towing.

Where did you find the edge that cheap? I won't tell you what I already bought.

Thanks for the input. I think i'm going to see if I can exchange it for the edge evo. I think I should have asked questions earlier.

I bought it used from someone on the forum. You'll really like it if you get one. You can change levels from 0-stock, 1-trans only, 2-tow, 3-performance. It only take few seconds. hypertech take a few to many mins.
Tust me, the to are night and day different.
