if your good with electronics and soldering you can do the mod yourself for a couple bucks. but if you mess up you will be out quite a bit. might wanna buy a spare off ebay before you attempt it.
the idm and eot mod do two different things. eot mod advances your timing(by telling your pcm the oil is cold) and the idm mod gives you more juice to the injectors.
if you have a chip you may wanna stay away from the eot mod.
i have an idm-110 i need to try out its my spare to see if its any better than the stock 100.
