I dont Know,I dont have one But...the new mercedes benz cars have somthing like that in them I dont think their enginers would install them without them doing somthing
OH I'm not going to buy one I just wanted to know if anyone had any experiences with them if other people had a good expeience with them I might have bought one but there isn't a snowballs chance in H*** I would do it now
Waste of money. My neighbor actually walked over to me yesterday when I was intalling my new fuel door and asked about the Tornado. He's got a Titan and wanted to know if he can get a better gas mileage than 10MPG.....I told him to save the money on a Tornado, and instead, use it to fill up with 93 at a tank. It's not worth it and it doesn't work. There has been research articles and endless forum topics on this...
is300wrx - 93 will not give an engine designed to use 87 any better performance or better fuel mileage. In fact based on higher octane characterisitcs, it could hamper perfomance and reduce fuel mileage. Your onboard computer is programmed with a set fuel and spark curve geared toward 87 octane. Unless you change these fuel and spark curves via a tuner, the onboard will not be able to change these curves to utilize 93 octane. You are just telling our neighbor to spend more dollars for nothing!
It's a big myth that higher octane will net you any gains in a stock tuned vehicle geared towards 87!
No offewnse to this site or anything cause I think this site is great but................ if this unit is such a piece of $#^! why does this site advertise it so much!!!

I havn't seen too many responses that could claim to do any worth while advertising for this item on FTE.
But what you'll usually see a member posting a question on this particular... product, not knowing a lot about it. Then the other members finding a "million" different ways to "attack" it's supposed T.V./radio advertised claims.
I've also found that sometimes if a Forum gets really quiet, these types of threads will usually get dusted off and resurrected... "Jus' for kicks sometimes"
