If you are buying a 2003 Ford and are not a fan of seatbelts , better tell the dealer to deactivate the seat belt chime before you take delivery . It will ring every couple minutes while your driving .
In the manuel their is a listed procedure to deactivate it yourself that does not work. I spent over 4 hours to figure this out with my new E250 Van.

Well so far I am not too happy with this van , I had a pinched valve stem and my front tire was losing air , looks like someone rushed mounting the tire.
Every time you step out of the van , you kick the door pockets down by your feet , who ever designed these should get a medal. You can not reach them while driving only when van is parked.
My front drivers door has never shut without slamming it , when I looked someone has been working on the bolts with wrenches as the paint is scrapped, I think it is shimmed wrong .
But what kind of quality control is going on that they don't even notice the drivers door does not shut correctly.
So looks like I will be taking all my stuff out of my van and going to the dealer a 3rd time.
