v10 pinging

v10 pinging
My engine lost power and would stumble. I was towed to a Ford dealer and
they installed a new PCM and MAF. Since then, now my V10 has a light pin
under a light load and goes away under heavy load or letting off the accelerator. I called back to the Ford dealer and they said it is normal. I don't
think so because it never did it before they installed the new parts. I have
about 37000 miles on it. Anyone have an idea if this is normal or not?

I am new to this website, and well I dont really like fords my old boss has a 2000 4 door 4x4 8 foot bed v-10 ford, the engine just blew up at 81K,,,, I have a 82 chevy 6.2 desel 4x4 4 speed,,, 3.08 rears,,, and 31 inch tires,,, i get 20 mpg,,, its got 135,000 miles on and still runs like a champ,, I love the truck and use it everyday on the farm. wouldnt own anything but a chevy, sorry buddy. 2 words, chevy + desiel
