Need part identified

Hi,
I have a 91 Clubwagon with a 5.8.
I was trying to change out old vacuum hoses and when I pulled the hose off one part it broke the part. Now I need to figure out what part it is.

The part number is E5TF-9C915-AA. It is a Ford part.
I tried to do some cross reference searches but got no matches.

This part has a 2 spade electrical connection on top.
The part has 2 vac hose connections on the bottom.
From the front passenger side on the engine one side of the hose goes to the top of a V shaped vacuum tee and the other side of the part goes to the throttle body. The bottom of the V shaped vac tee hose loops under the thottle body to another vac tee that then has two hoses that connect to the throttle body on the inside.

The part has the electric connector on the top. It is about 2-3 inches long.
Kinda of a round barrel shape. The bottom has a plastic Vacuum T built in to accept to vacuum hoses on either side.

thanks,
Rob

Difficult to say without a picture... but sounds like it might be the vacuum canister for the cruise control?

I found it. It is a Vapor Canister Purge Valve or Solenoid.

My book shows it as a "Vapor Purge Valve". However, it also shows that part number as being used on the 4.9L engine - no mention of the 5.8.
