Misses at high spped acceleration

Misses at high spped acceleration
When I am above 40mph or so and I try to acclerate I get a bit of hesitation like it is missing a few times. I just cleaned the Mass Air Flow sensor and IAC valve about 2 months ago along with a seafoam treatment.
Any guesses??? I am thinking about cleaning them again but I can't see them getting dirty this quick.

please pull KOEO and KOER codes and run cylinder balance test if sequencial fuel injection. post results on forum so we can help.
which engine?
pull MAF element from housing and inspect with magnifying glass. both elements have to be bright and shiney on whole surface. no burnt on deposits
how old are plugs and wires?
