Tire size ideas?

I recently bought a 1999 F350 4x2 Crew Cab Dually Diesel, K&N FIPK filter, Superchip system and everything else is stock, I think! I am interested in increasing the tire heigth and width. My current tires are 215/85/16's all the way around, and they look way too small for the truck. I have stock 16 x 6 rims. Since I live in a FEMA trailer (2004 Hurricanes), I cannot afford to invest in new wheels. I drive mainly on the road, but occasionaly drive in south Florida's soft sandy soil. I even get stuck in my driveway and yard! I am thinking of going with BFG AT KO's. I am also considering different sized tires up front. Can I go larger than 285's up front and 235's on the rears? Will the changes hurt fuel mileage? Any other ideas

milage wont change that much. if you do that the front tires will be taller than the rears. i had a set of 255/85r16 on my dually before i sold it. the rear tires were VERY close together but never made contact. mine was 4X4 so i had to stay with the same tire on all 6. to be safe, i would do the 235's on all 6. that way you can rotate the tires too.
