Service Engine light when I get on it
Today, I see that he was right. The stock trans was an 01 with the diode that locked up and trashed itself. I also had a stuck bolt which I had to pay for someone to remove from the stock trans. After that, the diode locked up a month later. He was nice enough to give me credit for the VB which was inside a trashed trans. At that time, if I had known what I know today, I wouln't have even got the VB. I would have just changed the trans. If I ever get another truck with the 4R100 and wanted to do anything with the trans and planned to keep it, the trans would be off like the dress on a prom queen.
Today, if he recommends anything, I wouldn't have doubts as to whether it is necessary and neither should anyone else.
