2000 Ford F-150 engine noise!

I had a noise that was like a loose belt whine that turned into engine failure. I replaced the alternator and replaced belt but when restarting there is still a similar noise yet more faint. Someone said tension pulley, maybe radiator fan. I get a little squeek when turning the a/c pulley. Any help whould be so much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum

I would inspect the tensioner and pulley. They can get noisy when the bearing is shot.
