You must work for ford or be related to someone that works there.
You can get an X plan pin if you know someone that works there,
I retired from ford and we can get in big trouble getting numbers for people.

You can find people around that can get you the X-plan. That is what I did so I know it is out there. I have heard of people getting the A-plan pins. But not very many. And I am sure it is because of what Russ said. They get in big trouble.
