Thanks for reminding us all that one reason to buy a 4X4 is to get it muddy. Take a look at my gallery and recognize that it got that way on roads! Not all roads are paved.
Very shortly I'll be moving back to the other end of that same muddy driveway in Saskatchewan. I have a new truck and it will soon have better mud tires than the 04 had at the time the picture was taken. I am putting on Cooper Discoverer ST's and I'm also getting them studded for ice.
This winter I'll start another thread for those on us who also use our trucks to navigate snow and ice.

Actually where I lived this past year the mud was quite a bit worse. I just don't have any good pics to post. As you can imagine there is a good reason that I lease my trucks rather than buy them. There is also a good reason why I run the Cooper Discoverer ST tires. Actually I'd run a full mud terrain tire, but as you can see I need to be able to go on snow and ice as well. Mud terrains are great in deep snow, but they are next thing to useless on ice.
