Jack up both front wheels till the tires clear the pavement.
Use a block and an awl to scribe a line around the tire, use the block to rest the awl on just touching the tire and rotate the tire till you have a good line.
Now let the truck back down and measure the distance between the scribed lines both in front of the tires and in back of the tires.
I have mine toed in (front closer) 1/8" measuring at the same height above the pavement on both the front and back of the tires.

To do it right, this is a two person job for both the scribing and measuring part.

I have them on the front of my 1991 F250 XLT 7.3L, they are very good tires and get you good mileage plus they can handle a beating.
