Superchips error code PO 148?

Superchips error code PO 148?
Just installed superchips flashpaq and I got a PO 148 error code. It says it's a fuel delivery error. Does that affect my truck any? I delete the code but it shows up every time I check the DTC. My truck has no stalls or doesn't seem to be performing wrong or anything but I'm just concerned about the code. Can someone give me some advice or how can I fix that? Thanks in advance.
