I believe the tags indicate the different types of modules. The modules are color coded as to what system they go to, they usually refer to colored grommets as the indicator but there appear to be colored tags as well. The blue one is the one I see as the most used. Do some research on the net into the subject and also on the ignition swap subject--there are several sited with wiring diagrams for the swap. I found this one that has diagrams on the bottom of the page. It shows where the resistance wire to the coil goes, at the coil + terminal.
