91 FP regulator.

Hello, just changing my intake gaskets and noticed the FPR is hoobajoobed. Does anyone know what tool is used to pop off the fuel line? It has a hinged plastic clamp around it which came away easy. The fitting itself looks like a QR fitting with a conical black rubber base to it. Doesn't look like my usual push-in tools will pop this one. Thanx in advance.

I too would like to know how to remove this hose. This fitting is leaking on my 91 explorer. Any idea on what I need to get to fix it? Can I just replace an o ring inside the fitting?
