360 timing

Here is the scoop on timing an engine.

You will need a timing light, a 1/2" wrench, a golf tee,a tach and possibly a penetrating fluid.
Timing light = To read the timing indicator and needle
Golf tee = to plug the hose going to the distributor
1/2" wrench = to loosen and then tighten the hold down bolt.
Penetrating fluid = to spray at bottom of dizzy to loosen the strangle-hold the the block has on the distributor.
Tach = to measure the rpm for Timing setting RPMS
