Hello to all..............

I recently found this website and joined to find out what others are discussing about their Fords. I hope to learn some things and I may also be able to contrubite to the discussions since I've owned Ford vehicles for over 50 years.

I have always done the work needed on my trucks myself including engine rebuilds, front and rear differential rebuilds, transmission and transfer case rebuilds and many more repairs as needed.

I recently bought a 1997 F250, Heavy Duty, 7.3 Diesel, Extended Cab, 4X4 and 5 speed stick shift. It took me several years of constant searching to find just what I wanted. It's a very clean truck in nice condition. I'm sure I'm going to need some guidance when making repairs to the engine as I don't know the first thing about it. That's where I'm hoping I will learn things by joining this forum.
