You may wanna run a search for this one... I think you'll find so many ideas and choices that your head will spinn..
I'm personally thinking of the Ford Lowering shackles for the rear and air bags or air shocks for the occasions that I do tow (make up for the sagging rear).

Autospring...definitely.
They sell on eBay and their user id is springbender and the link by motleycruef150 is right on.
You can do this lift yourself and takes maybe 2 hours total. Once complete you'll need an alignment for the toe-in only. Great kit at a great price.

I was thinking of lowering the rear not lifting the front. I like the front just the way it is. Its only a sport truck, and I won't ever haul more than 500lbs. in the bed. I haul and tow with my '79 F250
