Hi Just wanting to know what winch I should get for a f350, 12000, 15000, or the big daddy 16.5 .
Not really a self recovery winch for me. Just had one on the old truck and it comes in handy.
any thoughts

go with as big as you can afford and that does not mean just on the winch itself, you better make DARN sure your battery's/charging system is up to it. you had also make sure you have a nice stout bumper to hold the beast on, as well as know fully that it will hold as much as the winch can pull times 3.

Thanks for the info, I had orderd the truck with the heavy duty alternator and was thinking about just getting the 15000 pound, I'll just go for it and get it, I also have a road armor bumper so we will see if that holds, ( I Hope) thanks again
