BBK Headers
Just got a set of BBk shorty headers for my 5.4 and there are no instructions..I don't think they come with them!!.. Anyways, went to the BBK web site and they did have downloads (Installation instructions) but not for a f-250 with a 5.4.. Just that its a 4X4 and was hoping they might of had some tricks or tips on getting the old manifolds off (tight spaces), do you??... Also the gaskets were bent, I flattened them out, will they be OK to use? Not cracked or anything...

Well tried to mount the headers today.. You know they just bolt on.. Yah right... Anyways these Headers do not fit on the 5.4 in the Super Duty trucks... Went to the BBK web sight and after lots of detective work there, found out.. In the Super Dutys they requier alot of mods.. Y-pipe wont fit, needs major mods and hits right side motor mount... Any ways who makes headers that will fit my 2000 5.4 Super Duty 4X4????? Any one know?? Or am I stuck with the stock units 
....
