left hand thread

Does anyone know if the lugs on a 49 F-1 are left or right hand thread?
I have a 68 Dodge that has left. I didn't know until I tried to take off the left rear.(no valve stem in the tire when I bought it) I couldn't get any off. I went to price new lugs and studs, they asked if they were left or right hand. Hadn't thought of that til now. But my pickup is to far away to look at now.

All the lugs on the 48 F1 I have, are right hand, shuold be the same for a '49

The only left hand thread I have seen that far back was a 53 F350 with dual rear wheels, all of the 1/2 tons I ever had were right hand thread.

All the vehicles I've seen through the years have an "L" stamped on the end of the stud if they are lefthand thread.
All the small Truck Fords were righthanded.
