I used a standerd cab carpet kit for the front, that was molded to fit the contours. I got a matching role of auto carpet for the rear and cut it to fit. The back end of the cab is flat and it was a piece of cake. I had to hunt around a little to find the same stile and color carpet, alot of the manufactures will sell you a roll to match the carpet ket they sell. i have an overlaping seem under the seat. no big deal. You can cover it with a chrome piece from an old Bronco, I had one around from an old project.
Good luck

There is a place here in the midwest that specializes in truck supplies it's call "Brown's of Two Rivers" (Wisc.) 1-800--558-7750,They would have or could get what you are looking for. If you call the 800 I think they were setting up a web site when I last talked to them.
If you havent seen my ad in the classifieds, I have a new carpet kit for sale for 65 to 72 F series. Dark green color, for 2wd trucks with 4 speeds. If you are interested in following Craig's option, and my kit is what you could use, email me privately. I am asking $50 plus shipping ( I paid 100).
Try Auto Custom Carpets, they are in Aniston, Alabama, I bought a beutiful moulded one piece carpet for my ' 78 F150 Supercab, that was very easy to install, and required very little trimming, and looks great, plus they offer either custom or universal carpeted mats to match, they are good folks to deal with too, unfortunitly I've mis-placed their number, good luck !!!
Hi. I've got the same truck as yours and ran into a lot of crappy "custom fit molded" carpet kits for my truck. I've returned them all because none of them was even close to molded correctly to the contours of the 72. When I restored my 69 a few years ago, I took it to a carpet place - they did a great job for only a little bit more than the kit cost. I think I'll do the same with my crew cab as soon as I fix the floor rust. Good luck
PS Why aren't these old crew cabs more popular for restoration - they're about the most beautiful trucks on the road!
