I haven't seen any feedback on throttle body spacers. Do they actually work?

The general consensus on this site is that they are a waste of money. Your dollars are better spent elsewhere, an intake, a programmer, an exhaust system, fuzzy dice...

I have a 2005 F-250 60L with super chip tuner and mbrp exhaust. I want more torque at 70 to 80 mph pulling my 10,000 lb race car trailer. It does pretty good on flat land but i'd more power on long hills. Such as from Columbia to Atlanta. Thanks, I have 25,000 miles on it and have had no problems at all with it at all.

yeah, you'd probably get more hp from disconnecting your EGR valve
