I just wanted to give a thanks to all those that have posted info on this site. My pass. power window didn't work when I got my '89 XLT in January this year, and my driver's side started to go recently. after reading thru many threads, I decided to tackle it. I didn't hit one snag... I had every part on hand... from ordering the pins on ebay to having 1/4 X 1/2 inch nuts to replace the rivets, to making sure the window was propped up so it didn't crash when I removed the motor. Now, they work perfectly, and considering that's my AC right now, I say thank you
