tag thing
ok,today i was cleaning out the engine compartment moving wires and stuff out of the way,u know make it look better.and on the drivers side i found an tag held onto the wireing down by the head lamp,so i took it off and this is wut it said

This is typed exactly as it is on the tag the size of the tag is

That's called a "Buck Tag" and it's used by the Ford assembly line to know what the truck consists of as it goes down the line.
I can decifer some of it but probably not all of it for you if it is that important.
