I doubt it. They each look out for their own good. The more diesel the truck uses, the more heat gets turned on them for increasing MPG. Why do you think they are so much into E85? I wouldn't run that junk in my tank unless there was no other fuel.
Biodiesel doesn't change much in my opinion. I tried it before on my cars and not much difference. I put Marvel Mystery Oil and same thing. No better start, no better mpg, Nada.
