lock cylinder problem
hey i have an 88, i need to replace the iginiton cylinder, i read you have to have the key on the position and push in the pin on the column. My key for some reason or another won't fit in my cylinder therefore i cannot turn it to the on position. unless theres another way i can get it to move. or get the cylinder out. desperaly needing some help

Never had this problem.Do you have another key to try?Grab the steering wheel and jiggle it back and forth as best you can and try the keyat the same time. Put some wd 40 in the cylinder and see what happens. Just some ideas.
