CD Changer Question?

Sorry for posting this here, but I know that you guys will help and this is really the only forum on here that I've frequented. On the 6 disk in dash CD changer's on the F350, how do you get ALL the CDs to shuffle. I can get each individual CD to shuffle within itself, but never to shuffle all. I could never get this done on my 04 F250 etiher. Thanks in advance.

It is not a problem with mine. If I repeatedly press the Shuff button at the top left of the unit, it switches from: Shuffle Off to Shuffle Disk to Shuffle Track. Shuffle disk is what you are looking for.
