Highest Milage?

I have 331,000 miles on my 2000 F150. Original engine and manual transmission. What is the highest mile that you know of on an F150?

I would hate to add up the actual time spent in the driver seat. She has been a pretty good truck, but I think my next one will be a diesel.

thunderhead, do you have the 4.6 or 4.2?

My cousin has a '99 4.6 auto. with 225K+ on the original engine & tranny. He said he bought it w/ 60K and assumes it was all original then. Mine is the same but only 158K.

I have a 97 4.6 liter with 202,000. I have seen a couple in excess of 500,000 on the original engine and transmission.

I only have 90,000 miles on my 2000 F-150 4.6L Auto. I hope to keep it running until well over 300,000 miles. That's my goal is to keep it running and going strong as long as possible.

I have a 2000 F-150 with a 4.2 and I have almost 210,000 miles on the original motor and trans. Just keep up with your basic maintenance and they will run for a long time. Thats what I am doing this weekend.
