Trans Trouble

I own a 98 f150 4.6L SC AT

I'm having problems with my transmission. The engine revs but the trans doesn't seem to pull it seem sluggish or slow to shift up or down.

I was wondering if there is any manual adjustments for line pressure or any ideas about the lock-up solenoid or it doesn't seem the torque converter is locking. I have a code reader but no codes.

Would a valve body kit help or does anyone recommend a particular brand?

You might try a good power flush. This may help. There are no real adjustments.

If your fluid level is currently correct, a flush is probably not going to save you from a rebuild.
