Save yourself $27 a quart and buy rustoleum, like Mark said. I have put it on as per the directions, and it has actually rusted faster than the rustoleum I have put on.
Used POR'S on 65 frame few years ago and seems to be holding up fairly well. Another paint have been checking out is 'zero rust', but too soon to tell. Comes in different colors, but only a flat black. Think it runs about $30 gal. It's matter of time the rust is going to come back, regardless, some paints delay the process little longer than other, IMHO. Just applied POR'S high temp enamel engine paint, waiting to see how it holds up. If should decide to go with the POR'S suggest also purchase small container of the solvent. Good to use as reducer if decide to spray paint, and clean up, particularly if get on you.
I have used por15 and i am inpressed with the results. You have to follow their directions for preparatoin the metal. I top coated the por15 with rustoleum for extra protection.
