is the compressor manifold painted silver, or is it smoothed and polished?

I just wire brushed it... nothin special.

I was thinkin of painting it red like the IC tubes... but decided to wait it out.

wonder what that would look like.

i have my manifold painted the same as the pipes. it would only look good with two aftermarket black boots and silver clamps. my blue hotside boot is faded, and the grayish cold side do not match with the blue. painted the clamps black, helped some. i have some new aftermarket boots that won't slip off now and shiny SS clamps to put on when i do my fuel system.

Yes, with photoshop. I spent a couple years doing photo editing and graphic layout when I was in high school.

Awesome tubes dude. I was wondering if you could tell us the process you went through to paint the tubes. Brands, how many layers, type of paint, etc.

Is your paint holding up to the heat?
