bII interior
my BII doesn't currently have any sort of covering on the ceiling. it was that way when i bought it last week. any good products for refinishing the ceiling? otherwise i may go the chop top route in the not too distant future.
also i am considering pulling the back seats out as well as ripping the carpet from the "bed/trunk" area. then applying a bedliner. anyone heard of this or tried it?

Pulling the rear seats will not give you that much extra cargo room and will make the vehicle interior louder. Plus, the seat bottoms provide a weak partition between you and the cargo if it wants to slide. I have seen BIIs with a Ranger bed, they look kind of neat.

When you fold the seats down the bottom that you sit on comes up and gives a decent protection from things flying up front. I think if you pulled the carpet up you could lay down some spray on bedliner on the floor pans.
