Slow turn signal blinking
What could cause my turn signals to flash slow?
When I origially got the van there was a broken wire to the passenger side front signal. I repaired that, and the signals worked, but flashed really slow, like 2 to 3 seconds between flashes. I installed a heavy duty flasher, which increased the speed, but it still is a lot slower than my other vehicles. Any suggestions as to what to look at?

If the resistance of bulbs is too low, flashes blink slow, but may be you wires are short to gound, check them with VOM removing bulbs. The second advice: try to see what is the summary bulbs power, try to calculate its resistance (I belive Ohm's formula is well known by you) and compare the result of calculations with the figures, that VOM reads. The next hypotesa relay is not well grounded.
