Whats the Differences
What would be the differences between a 2002 ford f-150 4wd with the 5.4ltr, and a 2004 heritage ford f-150 4wd 5.4ltr? I noticed that hypertech is offering the hyper-pac system for the 2004 heritage but not the 2002 so I'm just wondering.

According to this they offer it for the '02 and '03 as well.

I'm not sure where you saw only 04 heritage had it. It was probably listed seperate due to the possible confusion on that model year. I son't see the heritage on their web site, you might get in touch with them to make sure it actually exists(get the part # to give to who ever you order it from, just in case they don't shpw it either).

The only difference I can recall off hand was the block was redesigned for stiffness and the heads had 5 vs. 3 spark plug threads... still same hp and torque ratings, though.
