Airmoe, FE headers range in cost from around $100 to $500+. It just depends on the quality you want or can afford. Almost any FE style manifold will fit your application. Just make sure the exhaust manifold bolt holes are two per port and vertical, not horizontal. Your best bet is to get some off another truck motor. That way you won't have to worry about compatibility (unless the truck has been really modified).
I bought a 69 f 100 that ended up haveing GT heads and exhaust manifolds on it. Aside from the fact that the heads leaked badly at machinist's while being there to remove broken studs from trying fix exhaust leaks, they would have worked OK in an automatic truck. But mine is a manual, and the GT manifolds on a 69 truck dump the drivers side exhaust right into the clutch rod. Aside from a special exhaust bolt pattern, GT heads have no performance advantage, the port sizes, valve sizes, and compression cc's are typical and not especially different from standard castings. There exist a 14 hole GT head and a 16 hole dual pattern head that I think was from late 428 cj motors. The machinist who I sent my stuff to, had on hand standard castings to sell to me that he had already cleaned up, mag'd and surfaced. I know where you can find at least a drivers side manifold where I live in Seattle on a truck I've been picking off of. I think you'd be wise to have a manifold you find mag'd and surfaced.
